Uncooled Speed 400 motor with iron ring and 500AR cells are quite a good match and the run time on calm water is little above 5 minutes. Worth mentioning is seating the brushes in under water which increases efficiency and motor life. Interesting is that "transfomation" from bare hull to RTR boat + test run took only 1 day ;-)
